banana muffins n other baking related fun

Monday is my day off and day to cook or bake whatever I like---I work at a bakery & don't eat baked goods so the only reason I baked before was for my boyfriend--now I just grab something before leaving work--but sometimes I get an itching to decorate--it's not the taste I love but the craftiness of frosting muffins or coming up with weird ways to use up peanut butter butter cream
